Refund Policy

No payment is possible while our token launches, so there is nothing to refund yet. Onchain payments will be final; card refunds apply only where card payment is offered.

1. What you are buying

Nothing is for sale today. Pages are free while we prepare our own token on Robinhood Chain; no payment is possible, so there is nothing to refund and no page can be paused or released for non-payment.

Claim now and your page stays free for life. Pages claimed during this free launch stay free for life, even after the token opens.

When the token launches, the lifetime plan will be a one-time payment in TOKEN that keeps your username and page active for as long as the service operates. The policy below describes how refunds work from that point on.

2. Card payments

Card payment is offered only where we have a merchant of record live; the current payment method is an onchain transfer that is not active yet. Where a card payment is offered, the merchant of record is the seller of record on your receipt and handles taxes and invoicing.

For such a card payment you may request a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked, by writing to support@robinhood.bio or through the merchant's receipt link. After a refund your page returns to the paused state and the username is released after the usual grace period. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and normally granted only when the service was unavailable for an extended period or when we had to reclaim your username.

3. Onchain payments

Payments in TOKEN on Robinhood Chain are transfers you sign from your own wallet. They are final and non-refundable, because we cannot reverse a blockchain transaction. Please make sure you send the quoted token and amount to the quoted address; transfers that do not match a quote cannot be attributed to your account and cannot be refunded.

This section applies from the moment our token launches. Until then no transfer can buy anything, and any transfer sent to us in the meantime is not a payment for the lifetime plan.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a card payment with your bank instead of asking us for a refund, the page is paused as soon as we are notified and the username is released after the grace period. Contact us first: a refund request is faster than a dispute.

5. Contact

Refund requests and receipt questions: support@robinhood.bio. Include your username and the transaction hash or order id.
